SR 836 Open-Road Tolling Conversion

This project consisted of implementing 14 new ORT gantries along SR 836 and the interchange ramps of NW 57th Ave, NW 27th Ave, NW 17th Ave and 12th Ave. This Project also included the installation of the signature “Wing” ORT gantry on SR 836 just west of I-95. Responsibilities included managing the contractor and CEI to achieve multiple project incentives for the opening of ORT zones. Monitoring the fabrication of the custom steel gantries and overhead structures and the installation/testing of the ITS and tolling features of the project.
