Pinnacle assists Miami-Dade County (MDC) with review and/or preparation of Department of Transportation & Public Works (DTPW) construction solicitation documents, including contract requirements, plans and specifications, and other technical documents in accordance with County policy, procedures and requirements.

Technical reviews are performed for all work associated with the development and preparation of solicitation documents, development of the Technical Provisions and the Standards Specifications for all roadway improvement construction, traffic control devices (traffic signals, street name signs, dynamic feedback signs) roadway lighting and bridges applicable to all DTPW capital improvement project contracts.

Responsible for document management for LAP projects utilizing LAPIT and maintaining project tracker spreadsheets.

Pinnacle coordinates with FDOT D6 LAP coordinator to ensure all steps of the procurement process are in compliance with FDOT requirements, as well as aiding with development of task work orders for LAP contracts.
