projects / Roadway

Flagler Grouping

The primary scope of work is full reconstruction of the roadway with a new drainage system; replacing sidewalks to comply with current ADA standards; installing curb and gutter, tree cells, lighting, signalization; reconfiguring alignment to add a bike lane; and upgrading the water main system through three JPAs along four miles in the heavily-urbanized neighborhood of Little Havana.

The project spanned along Flagler Street from 27th Avenue to 2nd Avenue and SW 1st Street from Flagler Street to SW 6th Avenue.
